Service Description
Passive practice using props to facilitate deep relaxation in each pose. Give yourself the gift of deep inner nourishment as you're gently guided through supported poses to find restful ease in the body. This relaxed state will be enhanced by the healing vibrational power of sound.

Cancelation Policy
Pre-booked classes may be cancelled up to 3 hours in advance. No students will be permitted to enter the studio after 5 minutes past the class start time. Late arrivals after this time will be considered a no-show and subject to a fee of $15.
