Passive practice using props to facilitate deep relaxation in each pose. Give yourself the gift of deep inner nourishment as you're gently guided through supported poses to find restful ease in the body.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
All classes are non-refundable. Classes may be rescheduled or canceled for credit under "Upcoming Bookings" in your account up to 3 hours before the class start time. Late arrivals are permitted up to 5 minutes past the class start time. No shows and late arrivals after this time are subject to a fee of $15.
