Fire up the day by firing up your core and your body with mat pilates!. Welcome the new day with a mat pilates class to invigorate your body for the day ahead.

Cancelation Policy

Pre-booked classes may be cancelled up to 3 hours in advance. No students will be permitted to enter the studio after 5 minutes past the class start time. Late arrivals after this time will be considered a no-show and subject to a fee of $15.
