Moonbath

As the weekend winds down and October’s full moon approaches, take a moment to slow down, turn inward, and reset with Moonbath, a 75-minute evening of restorative sound, meditation, and Reiki led by Clare Lacey, a fellow Clairemont resident who finds joy in creating and sharing this kind of energetic space with those who could use a little of its magic.

Begin by settling into stillness as the soothing tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls fill the space, creating a calming environment for deep rest and relaxation. From there, a guided Yoga Nidra meditation will offer an invitation to release and let go, followed by gentle Reiki to encourage a sense of balance, restoration, and ease.

With the full moon rising later that evening, embrace the occasion as an opportunity to create space for yourself—to rest, receive, and recharge as you transition into a new week.
