Steel Mace Flow Class Schedule
Wednesday 7 - 8 pm: Flow Reps with Nate Juarez
This class focuses on intentional movements to develop strength, endurance, and precision repeated many times. The repetition creates a meditative state, enhancing focus and coordination, while providing a dynamic full-body workout.
Thursday 6:30 - 7:30 am: Flow Foundations with Ashley Davis
Master fundamental movements and transitions to build the strength, stability, and coordination needed for more advanced flows. This class emphasizes control, body awareness, and proper technique, creating a solid foundation for creative expression.
Sunday 10 - 11 am: Flow State Conditioning with Nate Juarez
Steel Mace Flow combines dynamic movement patterns, mindfulness, and strength training to cultivate a seamless connection between mind and body. In this class, we emphasize fluidity, intentionality, and mastery of movement.
*SMF is suitable for all fitness levels and ages.
*5, 7, or 10lb mace will be provided during the class.
Meet the Instructors
Learning and practicing steel mace yoga has changed my life, my overall fitness and functional strength has increased substantially.
