The wine bar at Vinya features a full scratch-made kitchen helmed by Chef Joseph Weber for lunch and dinner on the weekdays and Chef Jordon Simpkins for brunch on the weekends, plus an incredible wine list by certified sommelier Gerson Perez, featuring small-producer and family-owned wineries from regions around the world. Hyper-local draft beer, hard sparkling tea, house-made sangria and lemonade, NA and hard kombucha, nitro coffee, and loose leaf tea round out our beverage offerings.
